Just a quick post on some work done for the Watermark restaurant in Ventura.
It’s located in a gorgeously restored historic building on Main Street where it serves very fine food. I was shooting for a direct mail piece that included dozens of images.
Here are two from the shoot that I particularly liked. This is the chef, Gary Daniel. I chose a spot next to the ground floor bar, then shot a warm-gelled flash against the wall behind the wine rack to bring them to life.
On the top floor, there’s the W2O lounge with gorgeous views of the city and a fun, water themed decor.
